憤怒，其實是對不公義的敏銳覺察！
當我們看見弱者被傷害、真相被掩蓋、加害者被包庇，那股怒火是正常的、是健康的、是必要的。
來賓「麵包」面對信仰的全面崩塌，花了三年在神學院沉澱，重構他對聖經的認識，從「全然理性」走向看見社會結構與性別議題的複雜性，他最終體悟到——面對創傷，不求復原，只求重建。他也鼓勵所有感到孤單的改革者：找同伴、找支持群體，並接納那個「會憤怒的自己」。
