因為賴特以及許多聖經學者的貢獻，如今我們得以明白，天堂並非我們的最終去處，相反地，到了末後，我們要去的地方，就是今天你我身處的這塊大地。因此，如何更好地擁抱大地、善待身邊的人事物，成了每一個基督徒都需要認真關切的事，而非只是關心自己死後能否上天堂，因為，即使是這世界最不起眼的一粒沙子，也都是新天新地黃金街、碧玉城的材料；更別說是每一天生活中，那些比沙子還要精采的人、事、物了。 more

聽眾們可能會問，有沒有什麼書，或是哪個作家，同樣也抱持著延續性的終末論？我的答案是，不但有，而且還非常多。事實上，我自己就是從好幾位優秀的基督徒作家那裡，慢慢意識到原來基督信仰的終末論，遠比我想像的還要延續，而這樣的延續，也反過來讓我對這世上許多事情的看法，有了翻天覆地的轉變。也因此，阿祥打算在未來的幾集裡，好好地跟大家介紹這些開啟我對延續性終末論看法的作家和書籍。我姑且稱之為「我的終末論老師系列」。目前已經整理了大概九個老師，也因此，阿祥養書場將用三集的時間，一個一個來為大家做些介紹。 more
聖經的終末論真的是這樣嗎？有越來越多的學者發現，這種天上降下大火、將世上一切都毀滅，或是覺得新天新地址是渡假飯店的終末論，其實是一種斷裂式的終末論；相反地，聖經的終末論更多是一種延續性的終末論。斷裂式的終末論認為，天堂或是新天新地，跟我們現在的生活有很大的不同，有很大的斷裂；聖經延續性的終末論則認為，新天新地儘管有些地方和我們現在的生活不同，但是更多的地方，其實跟現在沒什麼兩樣。 more
