I absolutely adore this podcast. I can’t figure out how to post on specific episodes on this platform to do the VIP thing for the mango muse episode but as a long time listener and follower on Facebook; I love how real this couple is. Their discussions and dynamics always leave me thinking and reflecting (in the best ways) on life. I can’t wait to hear what Trid comes up with for summer and I hope Sheena enjoys her well deserved break!
I have felt calmer, less stressed with my everyday life ever since I started listening to the 2 of you! I am laughing more, joking more with my family - I feel like I lost so much of myself after becoming a mom and every time I tried to be better, either with supplements or with reading or something but this podcast!!!! Has been the ultimate fixing for me - thank you and please never stop 🧡🧡🧡
This makes me laugh out loud every episode! Love your dynamic.
I’ve been following these two for the past 9 months or so. They’re so fun to get ready to. It reminds me of a 90s sitcom where you get funny moments, real moments, life lessons. It’s got it all.
This podcast has taught me so much about love and it’s what I see an ideal relationship being for me one day. And also, never post feet pics on the internet, otherwise it’ll get posted on Wikifeets (I thought he was joking…. It’s real guys) beautiful tootsies btw Sheena.

Two long-running hosts bring candor and humor to conversations about relationships, parenting, mental health, and everyday life. Episodes blend personal anecdotes with practical reflections on family dynamics, partner communication, and self-care, often leaning into teasing banter while normalizing imperfect moments. A recurring strength is the relaxed, real-talk format that invites listeners to feel seen and less alone, with thoughtful discussions interspersed with lighthearted moments and occasional brand partnerships that feel integrated into the conversation.
