  • Soulful & serendipitous

I came for the episode on storytelling and stayed for the soul. The interview with Cyndi Zaweski sparked something in me – I started journaling the next day to mine those “micro memories” – but it was Sara’s own Life Update episode that absolutely floored me. Her story felt like a masterclass in embodied storytelling. The thread of her 12-year-old self wove through the episode with so much grounded presence, I was hanging on every word. • So empowering and made me feel that I am not alone on this journey ❤️

I had read Sara’s book - the book of She many years ago and recently I picked it up to read it again. I have also been struggling for years and I want to go through the book again to review my heroine’s journey. I love how she could disclose her vulnerability so honestly and also be so empowered to share the story with self-assurance. She also reminded women not to define ... more

  • Ep. 210

I am a therapist with my private practice, and a lot of consultation out there is very vague. Sara gets into the nitty gritty with practical questions and measurable action steps that helped me narrow my niche in a way that other consults hadn’t. Specifically with finding the ideal client, her questions are insightful, thought provoking and provide more than just fluffy affirmation! Super helpful resource!
