I have listened to all episodes so far. I like the variety and quality of guests and the inclusion of female players. In the early episodes it seems to me that Ethan often starts answering his own questions before the guests do. Perhaps let the guests speak first then ask additional questions from there. The most recent Milan episode being the best one in terms of how it was conducted. Luke Carrello sounds like an impressive young man.
