距離上一集內容的發佈已經有一段時間了。
由於前陣子我回台灣待了兩週多，回到英國後花了點時間節奏調整，最近才讓自己慢下來一點。
這一集我想用比較輕鬆的方式，分享這趟回台灣的瑣碎小事，像是我每次一定要吃的食物、或是今年如何順利時差調整，以及一些在生活中、關係裡慢慢浮現出來的觀察。
