Most dealers are using AI like a glorified Google search. Type something in, get something back, move on. That is not wrong exactly, but it is leaving a lot on the table. Brent Wees and Will Benedicks have a sharper way of thinking about it. Knowledg... more
Most dealers are still valuing used cars the way they did ten years ago. Buy it at auction, add a margin, put it on the forecourt and hope the price holds. That approach does not work in a market where Chinese brands have no residual history, EV pric... more

I used to work with Adam so only started listening to the podcast as I knew him, I’ve now started from the beginning and they are superb. If we need any training then I will use these guys, Adam has been in the trade 20 odd years and has helped & coached me from my early days, the fact they took on a guy for the trade rather than just another sales trainer speaks volumes.
This podcast is the only one worth listening to in my opinion.
They are insightful, thought provoking and entertaining.
Anyone remotely connected with the motor trade from service advisers to DPs and owners will benefit from giving these podcasts. Skippy has not necessarily re-invented the wheel but he’s had it completely refurbished and put a high quality tyre on it! All put in terms that those who have been in the trade for a while will appreciate and learn from plus great insights for newbies. Some really interesting guests too covering a range of topics
Learned so much from Simon. Thank you Simon for all your time through the years.
