As a multi faceted person who has interest and experience in a lot of things, I love that Lunden brings all of that together with wellness staying at the foundation! I throughly enjoy hearing from all the guests about their lives and interest, how they think, feel, what got them to where they are etc! It’s a well rounded podcast that keeps me interested episode after episode!
Lunden makes podcast listening fun - the kind of fun you don’t want to end! I find myself wishing her episodes lasted longer. Her guests are great and I love how she intersperses some shorter episodes with tips for those times when I just want a quick pick me up. She’s awesome. I leave feeling like I’m getting advice from a good friend.
