  • Wow - 10/10

The way I cried listening to Tully talk about not being able to ask for help - I have never heard of hyper independence before but I feel like she was describing me while speaking about herself.

Tully is always so open and honest and such a beautiful soul and I think she has paired up with the right person, on the right platform and I can’t wait for their voices to be heard globally. keep doing what your doing ladies 🤍

  • I hope it gets better

Trying to do too much. Too many gimmicky segments with no depth. Just surface level topics with no substance.

  • Really enjoying this podcast

I was really sad when Too Much Tully ended. Really enjoying this new podcast! Still find it funny that I thought I really didn’t like Tully after Big Brother all those years ago, and now I love her- always so raw, honest and vulnerable! And Maggie seems like a lovely person too! Can’t wait for more episodes and I hope this podcast is a success for you both!

  • Can’t wait for more!

Loved this first ep! You can really feel the chemistry of the two hosts and I loved hearing about their backstory and relationship breakdown. Was a really relatable segment and takes guts to own that as friends and THEN to put it out on a public forum.

Also the notes app segment omg I was lolling- who doesn’t have a graveyard of poetry/ shopping lists/ essays to exes!

Better Late Than Never (ADHD at 37)
Q: Can you maybe tell us, though, because I think we're all pretty aware at this point with masking, as say, an autistic person. As an ADHD person though, what are masking behaviors that you were doing?
I would keep my tears and I'd try and swallow them back or blink them away. I thought that it was silly to be that emotional.
The Self-Improvement Epidemic
Q: What do you think causes the self-punishment related to self-improvement?
It starts as empowerment but quickly turns into pressure to optimize every aspect of your life.
The Self-Improvement Epidemic
Q: Why do you think self-improvement is such a big focus for you?
It gives a false sense of being proactive, especially for those with mental health struggles.
The Surprising Joy of Rock Bottom
Q: Did you have a moment, like was there a moment where you thought, okay, do you know what? I'm going to be okay?
A year in, after moving to a beachside suburb, I felt like I was finally owning my decision and embracing my new life, which marked a pivotal moment for me.
The Surprising Joy of Rock Bottom
Q: Can you take us back to the moment when you realised that your marriage wasn't going to last?
There was no specific moment; rather, it was a slow dawning realization that intensified after the wedding vows made me confront the idea of forever, which I hadn't really considered before.
