Sick of Catholic influencers who are out of touch with reality. From what I’ve listened and seen from this guy, he’s a privileged, mid-to-upper class American whose idea of success aligns more with the Protestant work ethic and prosperity gospel than Catholic charity. His cost of living episode betrayed as much- if you are a family of four making $113k in Colorado and don’t think that’s enough money to live on, go on vacation and build savings, you either have no financial savvy, or your expecta... more
Voted for Kamala and listen to this podcast every now and again. Mainly to laugh. Just a heads up, Johnson County and Wyandotte County, KS were blue in the last election, and so was KCMO if you’re planning on moving somewhere who shares your politics (though maybe you mean state wide?)The takes on women’s roles in the home are wacky, especially the Catholic Dating episode (big yikes) but again, it can be fun to listen to laugh and to remember to not take for granted that my husband treats me as ... more
Although I’m not Catholic myself, Nathan Crankfield does an incredible job motivating and inspiring others to be disciplined and to strive toward goals of betterment. It’s a great listen for people today, surrounded by a culture of laziness and instant gratification. Nathan is super relatable and provides a great commentary on current events, trends, and family life. He is extremely passionate, and I could listen to him talk all day long! Amazing job!!!
Nathan’s insights are profound, always make you think, and keep you inspired. The topics are fire and very relatable. The guests are great as well. I always listen to this podcast; it’s the best!! 12/10 recommend
Whenever I listen to this podcast, I am inspired with wholesome content— there’s so much more to life & Christ calls us to excellence in every dimension. I love what Nathan is doing here because sometimes the Catholic voice in the world can be overly spiritualalized, but the fact is, we are called to an integrated humanity.
