Learned so much. Incredible research.
This is what excellent journalism is all about. This team took a really important and not well understood story and followed it as far as they possibly could. It’s a story of our time: technology enabled, global in scope. And it all seems to have an ‘easy’ fix: ban crypto. It’s the oil that runs this machine.
Hats off to the Economist and especially this team. Please give them all raises before Rupert Murdoch gets his hands on them.
… I don’t want to pay for a subscription to the Economist Magazine just to listen to the podcast. I wouldn’t read your magazine as I’m not interested and don’t want to consume content in that format. The podcast is excellent but rather than requiring me to pay to listen from episode 4 onwards, make it free like normal podcasters and if I’m interested in your magazine, make it enticing for me to subscribe.
Su Lin Wong with another amazing podcast series. Great reporting, connecting dots around the world. Let’s all be on our guard!
