Not a bad podcast, only that for my purposes it is kinda useless. It is more about saxophonists talking about their lives, their academic education etc. There is actually very little to learn about playing music or playing the saxophone really.
It is classical-oriented, and more to inspire professional musicians I gather. So no use for me.
Sax reel is a podcast I always wanted without knowing it. The interviews cover a wealth of knowledge from professional performers, composers and educators focused on the saxophone idiom that no other podcasts offers. I need more!
