10/10 recommend this podcast. Highest T men are always flat earth anti-vax Christians! I married one and would also 10/10 recommend it. I really enjoy learning about Kruger’s method. I’ve done it all (low carb, high carb, vegan, carnivore, prometabolic) but Kruger seems to have the most balanced and logical approach. I took his advice to women of eating 2-3 meals per day with no snacks (red meat heavy), repented of food idolatry, and decided I’m a slave to Christ alone and not my appetite. I’m d... more
Seriously Brian is the best podcast host ever the other guy. I think his name is Chris or something. He’s pretty good too kind of funny but Brian is definitely the reason I listen to the show. He is awesome.
I’m hoping for less controversy of what the other side is doing and more information. Complaining about the other or less than optimal approach is so annoying and overdone. I have to speed through all this hubbub to see if you have any new info etc. I’m looking forward to positive and new content😊

Was not disappointed, they have views that I thought only I struggled with in todays marketing of fake healthy food. Be it Keto or just living a lifestyle healthy for yourself and the environment these guys seem to be legit and have a message that needs to... more
