Safe Society turns our polarized reality on its head with a unique, enjoyable satire/horror mash-up on pandemic, woke culture. Each episode delivers a compelling story segment that keeps you wanting for more. Strongly recommend.
I’ve binged all of the episodes now, since you can subscribe elsewhere for that, and I’m listening for the second time. This is REALLY good! I’d say this is 1984 meets Black Mirror with a splash of satire. Bravo to the creator. more
Chris Shimojima brings listeners an engaging, provocative, and well-produced audio drama that is equal parts humorous, topical, and tragic. Great writing and a talented cast of voice actors give the piece its color and life. Congrats to all.
Ham-fisted attempt at satire of 'woke' agenda that ends up falling flat - all style over substance with no heart, charm, or soul. The overly smug narration has no depth and there is no subtlety to the writing - they say that the right can't do art and this is a good example in favour of that argument.
