    Jake is a great interviewer - you can tell he doesn’t do this to hear himself speak; he is truly trying to provide a stage for the guest’s self revelation and exploration. You can tell the guest enjoys the process and is often surprised by how much of themselves they got to share. This is the only podcast I listen to on 1x speed (as opposed to 1.5x) because I listen not only for the content but to get the know the quality of the person interviewed.
