I have scoliosis. I’ve never been a good runner. I was always the kid to come last on sports day. Cycling is normally my thing but I am trying (again) to get back into running, albeit my very slow pace! I stumbled across this podcast and it is really helping to motivate me to keep trying, no matter how hard I’m finding it. Thanks guys. Look forward to its return soon. 👍🏻
I love listening to all the tips and tricks, I've just started running and its amazing to hear Dev and Sam going through their journey. They've kept me going!
Interesting take on preparing for a marathon. Never stop running...
Loving the special guest and the bromance between Sam and Dev!
I’ve been waiting for Anthony Joshua to feature on a podcast for a long time and now it’s here. A nice bonus also that it’s a challenging fitness podcast. Dev and Sam seem like fun. This is great!
