I love this podcast! I’ve been running for about 6 months now and I learn something new each episode. It also helps me to feel motivated to keep going, and keep learning. I’ve signed up for my first race, and I probably wouldn’t have without hearing Dawn’s stories and advice.
I used to run but gave it up a couple years ago. After listening to this podcast for a few months, I’ve finally started walk-running again and it feels great! I also started foam-rolling for some chronic aches and pains, which Dawn suggests in a couple episodes, and those are getting better too. Thank you, Dawn!
Wow! The episode called April Marathons was so good! I was on the edge of my seat waiting to hear if she would be able to finish the marathon or not. Inspirational and real! Great advice not just for runners but for anyone who is looking to challenge themselves. Loved it!!
