I love this podcast and all of the guest speakers. My favorites are the ordinary people who do extraordinary things and somehow manage to fit in work, kids, husbands, etc. I always get helpful running tips from episodes.
I have found so much helpful advice on this podcast. In episode 154 I felt like Sandra was talking directly to me. I have listened to it twice and will listen many more times. I cannot express how relieved I am that other people struggle with their self image and motivation. I am not alone.
I’m listening to the episode about runners knee and am frustrated that the host will talk for so long sharing some unrelated or peripheral thoughts. Just wanna hear how to take care of my knee! He’s not really sharing useful info - just repeating a less informative version of what the guest said but it takes twice as long
I can't believe I'm a runner. Never very athletic & started slowly at 49 & I'm now 51. Love your informative & fun podcast. Thank you!!
Thanks
