Thanks to this podcast I finally have a context in which planning decisions in my area are made, for better or worse. I am not a planning person. I have an amateur, concerned-member-of-the-public interest in the subject. Whenever I listen to this podcast I learn something that I can apply in my everyday experience of my local area. Thank you!
