Based off their mildly successful blog of the same name, best friends and romcom aficionados Kat Jiang and Alex M. Lu review your favorite romantic comedies and ask the hard questions, like, how DOES Katherine Heigl afford that apartment on an assistant's salary? New episodes every two weeks! Hopefully.

Life getting you down? Feeling the weight of the world too much lately? Wishing there was just a little more levity combined with intersectional analysis in your life? Romcomathon is what you’ve been waiting for. This podcast is the perfect combination of astute observational analysis without taking itself too seriously. Thank you, Alex and Kat, for bringing Romcomathon into my life and my ears.
Excellent hosts discussing everything from classics of the genre to cinematic trash. Alex and Kat are not afraid to gush about the great stuff or utterly destroy the bad. Excellent discussion format that speeds through the plot and leaves room for more real talk about kissing and the lack of POC’s on screen. Highly recommend!
I love this show and am always glad to see when a new episode pops up on my feed. Both hosts are very pleasant to listen to, and I really enjoy their critical view of classic and modern romcoms. The shows sense of humor about its own content is excellent as well.
Up I love it I am laughing when the people make the jokes definitely recommend it

I really like the podcast, but I do wish it was longer and more structured. It’d be nice to have some of the same sections from the Tumblr post in the podcast. Otherwise, great job and awesome movie picks! P.S. I also agree that Bend It Like Beckham should have been gay. I have the same headcanon for Jess and Jules getting together in college... more
