I am a big fan of the show. I only actively play Jupiter Hell, Cogmind and DCSS but I enjoy hearing the stories and design philosophies of other roguelikes as well. Next time you do a Jupiter Hell episode (enjoyed the recent one) please ask about the use of noise in the game as in real sound representing the usual noise messages you’d get. Keep up the great work.
I was happily surprised to find such a hands-on approach to Rogue-likes and other such games. The podcast touches such a wide array of subjects!
This podcast has a very special place in my heart, roguelikes are simply not properly understood by mainstream critics, and it's a genre which requires a wealth of knowledge to cover, and even just to play.
