I await each episode & am always rewarded with the latest Kakapo news. I am as far away from NZ as it’s possible to be but I feel close to the action of the 2026 breeding season. What a great way to find out about your rare, beautiful, flightless, chicken sized parrots. I have a toy Kakapo at the top of my stairs ( I bought it just before lockdown in 2019) so I get a daily reminder of these special birds!

    Fabulous podcast!
