  • What happened to this legendary journalist?

I grew up reading Bill Rhodes in the NY sports columns for decades. It was awesome to see him on ESPN’s “The Sports Reporters” years ago. What happened? What happened to the great Bill Rhoden? I think the rise of Trump, along with the BLM scam, broke him. Remember when he interviewed Brittany Griner? What was that nonsense? You, along with Ralph Wiley, were pioneers with black journalism. What happened to you? The Woke Mind Virus contaminated your brain smh

  • Mr. Rhoden is a gift

William Rhoden has ALWAYS given a perspective filled with years of wisdom and experiences. His easy going yet matter of fact approach has made me a fan for years. The reviewer that made disparaging comments is evidence that Mr. Rhoden is doing his job. Beautiful job as ALWAYS!

  • Ignorant and Biased

William Rhoden is a clown. Just giving his ignorant, biased opinions; with little to no facts.

Naimah Muhammad on Black Visibility in Gymnastics
Q: What are some of the things that people usually get wrong about your story?
Some people think I had it all together, but I faced a lot of challenges, pressure, and comparisons that the audience doesn't always see.
Naimah Muhammad on Black Visibility in Gymnastics
Q: How do you take care of yourself when representation feels heavy?
I struggled with this, but I started going to therapy and making sure to schedule personal time for myself.
Naimah Muhammad on Black Visibility in Gymnastics
Q: What does it actually feel like to be called history while you're like actually living it?
It was very difficult; there was pressure because everyone was saying 'history', but we were focused on our performance, which made it hard to handle.
Naimah Muhammad on Black Visibility in Gymnastics
Q: When did you first realize that your gymnastics journey was becoming something bigger than just yourself?
I realized that I was doing more than just competing after that when I was allowed to wear tights as a Muslim gymnast, and it opened doors for other girls to have the same options.
Desensitized Dangers on HBCU Campuses
Q: Do you feel safe with the response or are you like, they could have done more?
The responses seemed significant, but there's a sense of accountability lacking because incidents shouldn't happen if security is present.
