  • Wow

What an incredible resource! As someone who has done pretty much all the big programs out over the years, I forget all the little nuances. This podcast is such a great compilation of the best of the best! Thank you Katie for these reminders and even some new ideas and perspectives. Priceless!

  • The best podcast

I’ve struggled with CNS related symptoms for over 10 years. After years of countless tests providing no answers, I finally realized it is nervous system dysregulation. Since then, I’ve deep dived into books and podcasts and this podcast is my absolute favorite. It contains information I haven’t found else where and I really enjoy the efficiency of the episodes - ton of information and examples, not a lot of fluff. I take notes and revisit often.

I went back and forth on whether to work with her. There were a few things that gave me pause, but in the end I decided to give it a go and invest. And then… nothing. She hasn’t even bothered replying.

So maybe I wasn’t wrong after all — her work ethic looks pretty po... more
