  • The best podcast

I’ve struggled with CNS related symptoms for over 10 years. After years of countless tests providing no answers, I finally realized it is nervous system dysregulation. Since then, I’ve deep dived into books and podcasts and this podcast is my absolute favorite. It contains information I haven’t found else where and I really enjoy the efficiency of the episodes - ton of information and examples, not a lot of fluff. I take notes and revisit often.

So maybe I wasn’t wrong after all — her work ethic looks pretty po... more
