Years ago I came across some happiness advice that has never failed me. I liked it because it worked for me and I loved the name of the originator, Baruch de Espinosa: or, Spinoza. "Spinoza knowza", I used to tell my philosophy students.

I’m 77 and look forward to your podcast. Thanks for sharing.
I have enjoyed several of this authors podcasts except for the truly weird far left political comments he constantly injects into his topics. The podcaster is a Marxist who can’t help himself and keeps sabotaging his podcast with truly bizarre political commentary. If he left out his constant political nonsense this would have been an excellent podcast because otherwise he is pleasant to listen to and gives some great information and advice about retirement.
I used to really enjoy this one and still to most of the time, but inevitably a political slant crept in so going to unsubscribe.
There are a lot of retirement podcasts discussing money. Del’s podcast is real retirement talk from a real retiree!!
Update- I’m 56 now and still listening- wow! Retired 2.5 years and enjoying every moment though it can be a challenge in a strange way. more
