Sometimes we just want to do nothing or at least whatever it is that we are supposed to be doing. We have no energy and no impulse to try to find some. We just want to lay low. Is there something wrong with that?

I have enjoyed several of this authors podcasts except for the truly weird far left political comments he constantly injects into his topics. The podcaster is a Marxist who can’t help himself and keeps sabotaging his podcast with truly bizarre political commentary. If he left out his constant political nonsense this would have been an excellent podcast because otherwise he is pleasant to listen to and gives some great information and advice about retirement.
