    Joanne老師短短幾分鐘重點就有非常多學習

    1.多元包容很多都只關注性別年齡族群,但在台灣這方面包容性還是不錯的,但在組織中,被貼標籤、被認為想法作法跟別人不一樣的問題很大,也造成投入度的問題

    2.安靜離職看到很多文章解釋在新時代工作者,其實不然,Joanne老師提到的造成原因更明確,我認為不是年齡世代的問題,是組織領導者能不能以身作則,更多傾聽和包容,帶領團隊成員,願意100%發揮
