  • So accessible and helpful

I’m so glad I found this podcast. Dr. Solomon does such a great job of making common issues digestible and actionable. Her approach and choice of topics like shame, codependency, and family origin roles supplements the work I’m doing in therapy really well.

  • Interesting and reassuring

I learn a lot from this podcast- even when I’m not sure that the theme of the episode will apply to me, often there is an insight that I appreciate and can apply to my life. And Dr. Solomon has a way of making multiple perspectives on a topic understandable, which helps me approach relationships from a more empathetic point of view.
