Hello Reelblend podcast, and welcome to my letter of gratitude to everyone involved with the reelblend podcast. • Just guys trying to be cool

I used to like this one. As soon as one of them mentioned not liking Lynch, I just left. I don't like rating movies, anyhow. So, not for me. Adiós.

  • Kevin

The content on the show is great. Two big problems:

    Jake interrupts everyone constantly

Kevin is the biggest douche bag I’ve ever heard in my life. So pretentious. Listening to the Bruce Willis episode, he thinks he’s being funny by continuing to harp on die hard three. I promise you, it wasn’t funny, or entertaining. He’s just a pretentious douche bag.

  • Amazing and passionate podcast

I started the reelblend podcast maybe two weeks ago and now I play them every morning before heading to work. These guys are great and they each have their own respective views on films. It’s really cool to hear they articulate themselves on how much they love movies and you can see it through their interviews! Amazing word gentlemen!

  • We get it…

After being a long time listener, I have to call it quits.

The constant “pick me” energy with guests and recapping the interview after we just listened to it by going on and on and on about how much the guest likes you and how it was their favorite interview blah blah blah

I don’t trust reviews anymore because it seems like you want every person you interview to be your best friend and know how much of a super fan you are

Q: How do you ensure character-driven storytelling in your series?
People are driven by characters, and it’s important for the narrative to feel authentic and resonate emotionally with the audience.
Talking 'Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man' With Showrunner Jeff Trammell
Q: What do you think sets your version of Norman Osborn apart from previous ones?
The twist is that Norman is Peter's mentor, creating a nuanced relationship that contrasts with the audience’s preconceived notions.
Talking 'Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man' With Showrunner Jeff Trammell
Q: How did you approach incorporating Uncle Ben's character in the show?
We didn’t want Uncle Ben to be reduced to a sound bite; I wanted his presence felt through Peter's thoughts and actions rather than through a singular defining moment.
Filming 'Bizarre Scenes' With Jack Quaid, Sophie Thatcher & Drew Hancock | 'Companion' Interview
Q: Drew, I want to start here. There are visual cues and references throughout Companion that suggest a filmmaker who has loved for and might have been inspired by James Cameron's Terminator films. I would love to hear from you what influence those initial two films had on you as a film fan growing up.
I love genre. Like, I've always loved genre. I love sci-fi. I love horror. I love thrillers. It's the space I've always wanted to work in, and it took a pandemic for me to sit down and go like, why aren't you getting these jobs?
Talking 'September 5' With Director Tim Fehlbaum
Q: What is the behind the scenes job on a film set you wish more people understood?
Editing and monitor control are often underestimated yet crucial for the production’s authenticity and impact.
