We aim to raise awareness of the harms of commercializing sex, and the industries (prostitution, porn, stripping, BDSM/kink) that exploit socioeconomically marginalized people, particularly women and girls. • Exclusionary

It’s a shame, because “Red Light Exposé” could be an important & useful podcast if the hosts & guests were as interested in opposing sexual exploitation as they are in pushing a very narrow brand of leftist politics. I would have thought it best to build a broad coalition to work against sexual exploitation, in welcoming all to the cause, but the “R.L.E.” collective disagrees.

  • Difficult but essential discussions

This podcast really deconstructs the ways in which our culture fails women. But it’s great to hear how women can also change the world so it works better for them. We should finally move on from feminism as “emulating men” to feminism as “rearranging the world so it serves the interests of women”.
