    SUCH a refreshing point of view. Cristina and Dana play off of each other in such an great way. They’ve each worked in the restriction-based functional medicine industry where they realized that even being too “healthy” is a bad thing. They discuss nutrition related issues with nuance and awareness of all sides of the issue.
