  • Not quite elite

Good sound quality for the players/coaches. Tough to hear the questions at times. Not sure why the ravens choose to set up in front of where kids are screaming which is distracting. Not the fault of the podcast. But the organization should recognize this and set up for recording.

  • Best thing to happen to Ravens Nerds

I already listened/watched all pressers on the Ravens app or online. Bringing the pressers to podcast format was a boss move. Now I can nerd out more easily.

Jesse Minter & Lamar Jackson: Ravens Press Conferences 5/27/26
Q: Do you still envision yourself long term here with the Ravens?
Absolutely. I love the Ravens, the organization, and the city; reconstruction is done, and I'm committed to the team and city long term.
Jesse Minter & Lamar Jackson: Ravens Press Conferences 5/27/26
Q: What does it mean to have your voice and fingerprints on that aspect of the offense?
It means a lot because I want to know what the coaches are thinking when they call plays and how to execute them effectively; it should make my job easier and help the team operate more efficiently.
Jesse Minter & Lamar Jackson: Ravens Press Conferences 5/27/26
Q: Lamar, what's your first impression of your new coach?
He's a cool dude, always smiling, and that positive energy helps the team. The environment feels fresh and the players are excited to work with the new staff and in the new system.
Jesse Minter & Lamar Jackson: Ravens Press Conferences 5/27/26
Q: Jesse, with Lamar, new offense, new terminology, how have you seen him kind of adapting to the new parts around him?
Lamar has done great; he's here a lot, can operate in the new scheme at speed, and is excited about the direction. He's pushing the envelope, learning quickly, and remains a strong, selfless teammate who works to help others. Lineup speed and adaptation are ongoing, but the overall progression is positive.
Vega Ioane, Eric DeCosta, & Jesse Minter: Ravens Press Conferences 4/23/26
Q: Eric, when you came to 14, did you consider it an easy decision once you looked at the board?
We didn't view it as an easy decision; there were other good players available, but Vega stood out as the best fit for us after talking with scouts and coaches.
