    This podcast came into conversation a few weeks ago and I quickly consumed all episodes as quickly as possible! All the symptoms I’d been experiencing were all perimenopause related! I knew it!!! I wish I had access to this information 10 yrs ago when I thought I was losing my mind. I have shared with my husband. Males need to listen to this. The right support through perimenopause is key!   • Taking charge of my life

    I accidentally came across this podcast one night while picking my 15 year old step daughter from work. Suffering through another haemorrhage of a period, listening to all the symptoms of perimenopause and I started crying. I finally booked into my GP. I am now going through my diagnosis process. I’m sitting at $700 in doctor and allied services so far with inadequate pain relief but I’m on my way to figuring all of this out. This podcast has got me started on the road to a better life.
