I have always been a fan of MMA. Being able to listen to fighters talk about their personal struggles, truly allows the listener to appreciate more of the sport. This podcast was able organized and clear and no one would talk on top of another. Each interview was started, developed and finished; there was never a time where a topic went unfinished. The podcast is about UCF battle. The people who were in the show were mostly talking about strategy to be a good fighter. Their model was McGregor Conor. He is a great fighter. He won three world champion title. The podcast is not catered to a specific group of academicians nor professionals. i found that the topic about MMA was a great example on positive psychology. This podcast is helpful in our society today because people nowadays struggle with thinking more positively. The people being interviewed seem to have relatable struggles which makes it more interesting to hear.
