I love this podcast, as a fan of queer history in general but also because of the "lit reviews" and interrogation of sources that a lot of history podcasts scimp on!
Queer as Fact is my favorite queer history podcast. The hosts are experts at evaluating and contextualizing their sources. They cover classic icons of queer history like Oscar Wilde, but also obscure and under-appreciated people like Osh Tisch. Plus, their segments on queer media have introduced me to fun new movies and books.
TLDR: WELL DONE, INTERESTING AND FUN!!!
I initially decided to listen to a queer history podcast to study for a pride trivia at my local bar because we’ve made way too big a deal about being gay during normal trivia to look stupid now.
