I recently came out halloween 2022 at 49. I have observed a lot from the closet and now coming out at my age in your generation is amazing. I am healing and learning so much about my queer self and seeing their fingerprints throughout my life now and a HUGE part of that is THIS podcast!! 🥹🥹🥹🥹
I love the research, snark, humor, advocacy, frustration and collegiality exhibited on each show; I feel like I get to hang out with friends each episode.

very engaging and reliable- the “lit review” always offers a very helpful insight into how what we know came about, which we love to see! the podcast is never dull and has been an excellent gateway into queer history!! yippee :)
I have binge all the episodes and loved every single one! The content is displaying in such a good way and the topics are really diverse and interesting.
I love this podcast, as a fan of queer history in general but also because of the "lit reviews" and interrogation of sources that a lot of history podcasts scimp on!
Queer as Fact is my favorite queer history podcast. The hosts are experts at evaluating and contextualizing their sources. They cover classic icons of queer history like Oscar Wilde, but also obscure and under-appreciated people like Osh Tisch. Plus, their segments on queer media have introduced me to fun new movies and books.
