本周跟大家分享的是《以日为鉴：衰退时代生存指南》，作者是分析师boden。
这本书非常火。在微信读书，有超过30万人读过，打出了78.2%的推荐值，在各种推荐榜单上反复出现。
关于这本书，赞誉很多，批评也很多。有人说它是“答案之书”“预言之书”，只要看了这本书，你就能知道未来中国三十年将要发生哪些事，你就能逢凶化吉不踩坑。也有人说它是“恶意曲解”，通篇的阴阳怪气，观点大于事实，在很多细节的地方还故意忽略了一些相悖的事实。

20 多岁就开始愁养老？现在的 95 后、00 后早就把自己的“养老焦虑”聊成了日常。
不再是关心父母的养老，年轻人实打实焦虑自己的晚年：怕养老金不够用，过不上有尊严的日子，甚至有朋友已经提前物色养老社区。这届年轻人，堪称“少年老成”最早上手规划未来退休养老的世代。
可现实是，国内养老三支柱 “偏科严重”：社保养老金占了近 60%，但只能勉强兜底；企业年金只覆盖机关单位和大公司，多数人没份；2022 年推出的个人养老金，大家要么看不懂规则、不知道能省税，要么怕钱交进去被挪用，根本不敢动。
