He does a terrible job at interviewing people and comes off ad very cold and impersonal. don't expect any tips or assistance at all if you're dealing with anxiety and fear of public speaking. you won't get none here. You'll just hear story after story of what people went through.also, it was annoying that he felt the need to unnecessarily bring in how mad he was that Trump lied about the virus.   • I believe the author of this podcast had good intentions and it was interesting hearing the descriptive nature of each disorder, but there was not much useful information to implement strategies on overcoming these disorders. he did talk about one breathing technique as well as understanding your level of anxiety, and practicing your understanding each level, but that's about all I got out of it.
