  • Worth more than just 10 mins

    I found this Podcast when I started to process my first break up and to deal with periodic depression. Some of the content really helped me on understanding and accept all these overwhelming emotions as well as confusion.

    I would also like to praise the effort to make psychology accessible and understandable for people without related knowledge!
