Jimmy and his podcast are focused on giving people tangible advice to improve their psychedelic use. From how-to’s and advances techniques, this podcast has helped my own personal practice. I like when there’s guests, always good to get other viewpoints. More people who like psychedelics should know about this podcast!

There are some good nuggets of wisdom and knowledge here but I wish these guys had an editor - or that they tightened up their language and storytelling. I had watched a Netflix program on psychedelics which sparked my curiosity, but I was also very wary about it. This episode was incredibly informative and insightful about the benefits, but also realistic about the personal commitment one needs to make to for this treatment option to have a lasting positive effect.
