  • So good!

Very grateful for this podcast. I love Cathy's expressive stories and ways of explaining adhd. I re-listen to the one about confidence many times because it helps center what I'm feeling and reminds me o where I want to be. Cathy is so good about naming and centering the many faces of emotional dysregulation. So much gratitude for this podcast!

  • I can finally relate

This podcast is so good for me to learn more about my own diagnosis. I can relate to Cathy in a way that keeps me interested and focused when listening. The way she talks about ADHD, the subjects and her guests, all of that just speaks to me in a way I haven’t discovered with other ADHD podcasts. We are kind of the same age, gender, late diagnosed etc. I am learning much from this woman’s work. Because she is also a coach, her language is making it easier for me to digest all the information fr... more
