  • Episodes could be tighter

Love this podcast overall. Episodes are all over the place, more rambling, more non sequiturs lately vs the early years. Having a clearer outline of the conversation would be huge. Jim and Devin episodes are significantly better than when other people do the show.

  • Used to be better

The quality of this podcast has diminished over time. The recent content just seems like rehash of consulting 2 by 2 and 3 by 3 frameworks from business books. Preferred it when the content focused on the PE topics vs how to improve the OpCo.
