Quite simply the best podcast dedicated to Prince in my opinion. Heartfelt, incredibly well researched and it truly honours his legacy. Interviews with his band-mates and collaborators as well as those who continue to be influenced by his immense body of work. Beautifully presented also. EVOLSIDOG
Finally got round to starting the podcast and have thoroughly enjoyed it, hearing about how Prince was inspired and creating his music had been brilliant. Such a huge talent to not only make hits for one but 3 successful bands, great to hear the stories behind the hits we all know but also to hear some new favorites that were not released previously.
If you’re a fan of prince you have to listen to this.
I never felt compelled to write a podcast review but i just binged the first season in an afternoon and absolutely love it. The interviews with band members and collaborators intercut with pieces of tracks and detailed deep dive into Prince and his music is excellent. This is the perfect podcast for someone like me a music nerd who always wants to dig deeper on his favorite artists and Prince was the top of that list.

I Love It. First off the Mixing of the show was top shelf. In fact it was a bit better than listening back on a DSP. I’d hear a song from the pod and then listen to the entire song. I Love hearing from the NPG. Getting the origins of how everything synced up and together. Rest In Peace to Rosie Gaines. Just wish there was a video of all 6 seasons as well. Great job to all involved. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💚💚💚💚💚
Love the behind the scenes stories from those during that time. Thank you for this podcast!
