  • Pathetic

I enjoyed Chris Hansen’s work up until this podcast. How are you going to say Trump’s delay in releasing the file is because he’s embarrassed? No, tell it like it is and don’t be an apologist. He was a predator. The victims deserve to have ALL the information released.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

"Call me, "Master!" - Christan Medina
Q: Did it piss you off when you saw the interrogation?
Hansen asks for the guest's perspective on the confrontation, pressing for accountability and clarity about the manipulation observed in the interrogation, and the guest expresses a mix of frustration and insistence on his fantasy being misunderstood, while the host pushes back towards the harms caused by the behavior.
Joseph Ross
Q: What do you say to defenders who blame the predator while the crimes themselves are clear?
The host emphasizes that transcripts and video evidence speak for themselves, and that blame should be placed on the perpetrators, not supporters or reporters, while recognizing the emotional toll on families and the importance of accountability.
Anthony Farr
Q: From a listener: which sting or predator was most productive or shocking, and why?
The host highlights multiple memorable cases; the most impactful answer points to Anthony Farr as the focus of this episode, with emphasis on how deeply disturbing and persistent the predator's behavior was, including the six-hour drive, explicit chats, and the eventual guilty plea, illustrating patterns across many cases.
Ken Paxton | Have A Seat ep 27
Q: What is the ultimate goal of your lawsuits and actions against Roblox?
To compel disclosure and stronger protections for children, and to stop deceptive practices, with potential civil damages and injunctions to prevent future harm.
Ken Paxton | Have A Seat ep 27
Q: What does Roblox argue in its defense, and how do you respond to claims that grooming happens off-platform?
Roblox claims to have safeguards like age verification, but evidence suggests predators still can access and groom on the platform; other platforms involved in grooming are acknowledged, yet Roblox remains responsible for on-platform safety.
