This week, as promised, I brought with me a special cohost. My son Aiden. He too is a coach, a junior Jiu Jitsu Coach. We talk a little bit about why he wanted to coach and why he likes me substituting at his school.
Just giving a quick update after being away for practically a month. I needed the break and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend taking a social media break, make it as long or as short as you want, but you will feel so much better doing it.
