I was so happy to see Practicing Human first up in my podcast feed this morning! I loved listening to you on my way to work…as a way to settle and calm and ground before walking into the predictable stress of social work. I’m really grateful you are back, and look forward to listening on my daily commute again starting today. Thank you very much!!
When I saw Practicing Human appear at the top of my Library with a new episode, I gasped. Out of excitement. I am so glad Cory is back with this Podcast. It had such a huge impact on my daily life and outlook. Trust me - if you’re interested in self-awareness and practicing what it means to be human, this is the best podcast I’ve found. Welcome back Cory! Can’t wait to pick up where we left off.
I just completed the 30 day challenge and went hunting for more teachings from Cory. He is so humble, wise, and empathic- his voice alone is soothing to the nervous system. Before his teachings I would listen to everything on 2x speed but going through his course I have learned to slow down and bring full awareness- I now look forward to his slow pace. I’m 7 episodes in to his podcast and I love the small digestible teachings and leaving with something to incorporate or think about for that day.... more
Is it even possible to meet a guy who is more down to earth all the while going as deep? I don’t think so. So refreshing, so uplifting, so hopeful that I can be taught how to navigate all that my mind brings to me, be that my demons, my trauma, my struggles, my longing to come to terms with my past.
Sign me up. I’m in.
Thank you for taking the time to share your insights, love it.
