Ive read a fair bit over the years, taoism, buddism, etc etc all good stuff but was still looking for something that made clearer sense to me or that could be further explained... so started looking at vids on you tube, most are shallow, plain wrong, AI droning or gobbledygook.. David has very obviously read far and wide and distilled, sense tested and is walking the talk of the methods and information.... The material is easy to understand without being patronising or oversimplified and deliver... more
