I love it
Power for Positive Living has something for everybody. I use it as weekly reminder to perform a mental inventory. There are moments in life where I feel stuck or out of control. This podcast reminds me I have the power to choose how I am going to handle situations. I appreciate the 15-20 minute format per episode.
All of these podcasts seem dedicated to providing practical information for one to consider as they study and better understand themselves. Long format does require an attention span of longer than 60 seconds.
