Ellen always chooses guests who are knowledgeable and entertaining, and her interview style is warm and friendly, which brings out their best. I especially enjoyed the recent episode on motivation, which was jam packed with practical and useful information. Thanks Ellen, love your work.

I appreciate the content of these podcast episodes and am learning so much from the interviews with guest experts. I trust the information and am able to apply it in my life which I find most beneficial. I always wanted to do psychology as a subject- now I'm listening and learning on the go. Thank you for this valuable podcast.
Ellen brings a natural warmth and curiosity to her conversations with a diverse range of interesting guests to deliver a thoroughly enjoyable and informative podcast.
I feel like most of the personal development and self-help content out there serves as a good starting point, but it lacks in taking you deeper into the biggest factor of your results, your mind. Ellen and her guests do a fantastic job of taking you deeper into the psychology of how you can leverage your mind for real, lasting results.
I have followed Ellen on social media for a couple of years and today listened to the first (of what will be many I think) of her podcasts. Informative, entertaining and new insights into the neuroscience of women’s brains. Great interview. I will be tuning in again soon.
I’m really enjoying these interviews. Such fascinating people and subject matter.
