I end up learning so many new things each time I listen to this podcast. I open my note taking app on my phone and start taking notes & gaining insights, despite that I’ve been in recovery for many years. If you’re in recovery this is a high quality resource that you don’t want to be without! It also helps me to feel like I’m not so different from others who deal this struggle and past traumas etc. Keep up the great work Positive Sobriety guys!!
