  • Please be careful when recycling the old episodes.

I love this show. This is one of the few alternative health podcasts when I became a health coach and I really enjoy all the unconventional ideas towards our health. Just one thing I do not really like especially recently is there are just too many recycled episodes. One of the episodes I was listening today was about vaccines negative effects and anticipating it will be tied with health insurance so that will be forced to everyone. I

Was surprised to hear and found this episode was from 2016. Y... more

  • It is a lot about them

They bad talk Facebook. FB is what you make of it. I use it for GROUPS. I can’t imagine how people have class reunions or groups for what they specialize in without FB now since no one knows addresses anymore or how to contact anyone without it. I am able to message my Italian relatives quickly via FB. I’ve set up numerous reunions via FB. So, GROUPS ARE WHAT MAJE FB VIABLE.

  • Old information

It’s frustrating to try and find out when their shows originally aired. They need to update their list of products they are selling. You click on the link and find out it doesn’t exist. Would be a good show if they were current.

Drew Canole – Targeted Juicing & Motivational Strategies For Taking Your Body & Life To A Whole New Level
Q: Drew, you're so big on juicing. What are some strategies that you use for juicing and why do you prefer juicing over blending?
Juicing delivers nutrients rapidly and supports detox by flushing out toxins; it's more efficient for nutrient absorption, and we tailor juice protocols like the five-day alpha reset with strategies such as adding fats or seeds to manage energy and detox symptoms, plus metabolic-typing adjustments.
New Show: Q&A – Healing Prostate Cancer, Osteoarthritis, ALS, Skin Health, Easy Bruising, Blood Donation, Facial Tics, Autoimmune Diseases & Much More!
Q: What should be considered for someone with facial tics or Tourette-like symptoms?
Focus on nutrients such as choline, manganese, B5, B12, B1, and magnesium, with attention to magnesium deficiency and hormonal balance. Also consider detox strategies if exposure to toxins is suspected and supportive therapies like chiropractic or acupuncture and high-intensity PEMF.
New Show: Q&A – Healing Prostate Cancer, Osteoarthritis, ALS, Skin Health, Easy Bruising, Blood Donation, Facial Tics, Autoimmune Diseases & Much More!
Q: What are practical steps for someone with osteoarthritis to rebuild joint cartilage?
A multi-pronged approach including red light therapy, topical or internal agents like DMSO to drive nutrients into tissues, silica and copper to support connective tissue, hawthorn for connective tissue strength, Vitamin C and niacinamide for energy and collagen synthesis, and optional therapies like prolozone or stem cell options as high-level considerations; monitor liver and stomach tolerance and consider gut-health basics.
Kas Mohamed – Essential Oils Are More Powerful Than You Think!
Q: What is the best way to use essential oils topically for skin cancer?
Dilute the oils typically to about 5% using a carrier oil (olive, coconut, or almond), apply to the affected area, and consider using two different oils (e.g., thyme and frankincense) applied at different times to cover multiple anti-cancer mechanisms.
Kate’s Experience With Energy Medicine, Listener Questions & Much More!
Q: What was the most striking moment during the energy session?
The client describes an intense physical experience of magnetism and movement, followed by a profound sense of peace, which helped reduce anxiety about health concerns.
