This is an excellent podcast very well produced fantastic content , however, many things that I hear are almost a decade old and it's being presented as new. I find that to be misleading ---for example, I listened to an episode with Dr. Gonzales at one point, and I began to look for him on the Internet, and more of his information on health, and I found out that he'd been dead for several years !!!
