  • Good but needs work

So firstly I admire what Paul is doing here. He is bringing a voice to officers who don’t have one. He does have a mix of officers on the show. Sometimes it does start to feel a little like all the bad sides of policing. Which is the reality of the situation. One stood out to me though from Lee Broadbent. It was amazing to hear from someone who was actually doing something to sort the issue out. I think more focus should be put on a second season about what others are doing to address the issues... more

  • Interesting

As a serving officer I have found the many interviews Paul has done so interesting to know the perspectives and experiences the guests have had during their policing service. I recognise some of these themes that have been present in almost all my service, except now it seems people are not prepared to suffer in silence with little or no support - I love listening and some have brought me to tears.. I hope these continue x
