  • Essential listening

Pretty much essential listening for anyone with an interest in policing or for anyone who is critical of what police do. Either way, you’re bound to learn something and see a different perspective.

I have had the app for some time and it helped

me greatly when conducting recruit training. The POD cast is excellent and with with a diagnose of PTSD myself allowed me to listen to other officers with the same. I then realised that it’s not only me having those thoughts, dreams and changes within my body, mind and mostly I’m not on my own!!!!

I know that there is still a stigma around MH within forces (some!!!!)

Great work achieving what you have so far
